Custom domain
By default your academy is reachable at a platform-provided address. You can put
it on your own domain instead — for example learn.youracademy.com.
Add your domain
- Go to Settings → Domain.
- Enter the domain (or subdomain) you want to use.
- The page shows the DNS record you need to add at your domain provider —
typically a CNAME pointing your subdomain at the platform.
Verify
- Add the shown DNS record at your registrar (GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Namecheap,
whoever you bought the domain from).
- Back in Settings → Domain, the status pill shows pending until the
record is found, then flips to verified.
- DNS changes can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours to propagate —
if it's still pending after that, re-check the record matches exactly.
Once verified, your branded site and the student app links use your domain.
Troubleshooting
- Stuck on pending — the DNS record doesn't match. Re-copy it exactly; watch
for a trailing dot or a typo in the subdomain.
- Works then breaks — your registrar may have a proxy/CDN toggle that
interferes. If in doubt, set the record to "DNS only" rather than proxied.
